FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND AUDIT (DESIGNATION OF
STATUTORY AUTHORITIES) REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and Audit (Designation

of Statutory Authorities) Regulations 1998.

Schedule 1 to the Act amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985* is amended —

(a) by deleting the item "Colleges established or continued under the Vocational

Education and Training Act 1996"; and

(b) by inserting the following items in the appropriate alphabetical positions —
