Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council under section 4.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and Audit

(Designation of Statutory Authorities—No. 2) Regulations 1991.

Schedule 1 to the Act amended

2.Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985 is amended—

(a) by inserting after "Dried Fruits Board" the following—

" Edith Cowan University "; and

(b) by deleting "Western Australian College of Advanced Education".
