Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council under section 4.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and

Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities—No. 2) Regulations 1990.

Schedule 1 of the Act amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985 is

amended by inserting after "Honey Pool of Western Australia" the following—

Horticultural Produce Commission
