STATUTORY AUTHORITIES) REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and

Audit Act (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations (No. 3) 1995.

Schedule 1 to the Act amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985* is

amended by deleting "Government Domain Reserve Board" and

"Parliamentary Reserve Board".
