Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and

Audit Act (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Schedule 1 to the Act amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985 is

amended —

(a) by deleting the following —

" The Western Australian Film Council "; and

(h) by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the	following —
" Screen West (Inc.)
