Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and Audit Act (Desig-

nation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations 1995.

Schedule 1 to the Act amended
2. Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985 is amended by inserting

after "College of Customised Training" the following—

Commission on Government ".
