FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(No. 2) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1993.

Regulation 23A inserted

2.     After regulation 23 of the Financial Administration Regulations 1986*

the following regulation is inserted —

Information Commissioner

23A. The administration of the Information Commissioner is

deemed to constitute a department for the purposes of this Act. PP
