Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Financial Administration Amendment

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Financial Administration Regulations 1986*. [* Reprint 2 as at 6 June 20031
3.	Regulation 9 repealed Regulation 9 is repealed.

4.            Regulation 24 amended

Regulation 24(c) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted instead

(c) the Parliamentary Services Department.

5. Regulation 29 inserted
After regulation 28 the following regulation is inserted —

29.	Prescribed period — section 69 as modified in Schedule lA
(1)	The period of 90 days after the end of the financial year is prescribed for the purposes of section 69(2) of the Act as modified in Schedule IA Part I of the Act.
(2)	The period of 90 days after the end of the financial year is prescribed for the purposes of section 69(2) of the Act as modified in Schedule IA Part II of the Act.
