Part 2 Amendment of Aboriginal Land Regulation 2011 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 2011. 3 Amendment of s 29 (Audit requirements) Section 29(1)(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) a member of the Institute of Public Accountants who is entitled to use the letters ‘MIPA’ or ‘FIPA’; or’.
