Finance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Audit Act 1901.

Prescribed authorities

Regulation 6aof the Finance Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (1) (j) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(ia) Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission;

(j) Industry Commission;”.
