Finance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Audit Act 1901.

Prescribed authorities

Regulation 6a of the Finance Regulations is amended

(a) by omitting—

“Commonwealth Legal Aid Commission”

and substituting

“Commonwealth Legal Aid Commission

Curriculum Development Council”; and

(b) by omitting—

“Industries Assistance Commission”

and substituting

“Industries Assistance Commission

National Crime Authority”.
