Finance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901.

Prescribed authorities

1. Regulation 6A of the Finance Regulations is amended by omitting

“Industries Assistance Commission”

and substituting—

“Industries Assistance Commission

Merit Protection and Review Agency”.

Orders for approved supplies

2. Regulation 52a of the Finance Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2).

Publication of provisions of certain contracts

3. Regulation 53 of the Finance Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (1) “of the Department of Finance” after “Secretary” (second occurring).

Formal amendments

4. The Finance Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.
