Finance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Audit Act 1901.

Interpretation

Regulation 4 of the Finance Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (d) (i) of the definition of “Department” in sub-regulation (1) the following sub-paragraph:

“(ia) Commissioner for Superannuation;”.
