Finance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901.

Principal Regulations

1.In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Finance Regulations.

Forms

2. Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-regulation (2) the following sub-regulation:

“(3) Sub-regulation (2) does not apply to Form 2.”.

3. After regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed form for the purposes of section 49 of the Act

“14. For the purposes of section 49 of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 2.”.

4. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after Form 1 the following form:
