Finance Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901.

1.   Commencement

 

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

  

2.   Amendment

 

2.1   The Finance Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  

3.   Regulation 6A (Prescribed Authorities)

3.1   Subregulation 6A (1):

Before paragraph (a), insert:

“(aa)

Administrative Appeals Tribunal;”.

 

3.2   Subregulation 6A (1):

After paragraph (i), insert:

“(iaa)

Family Court of Australia;

(iab)

Federal Court of Australia;”.
