Finance Regulations2 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulation under the Audit Act 1989.

After regulation 88 of the Finance Regulations the following regulation is inserted in Part VI:

Auditor-General’s conditions of office

“89.  (1)  For the purposes of subsection 8 (1) of the Act, the following remuneration and allowances are prescribed, namely, the remuneration and allowances payable to an officer of the Australian Public Service holding an office having a classification of Senior Executive, Band 2.

“(2) For the purposes of section 13 of the Act, the following terms and conditions are prescribed, namely, the terms and conditions applicable to an officer of the Australian Public Service holding an office having a classification of Senior Executive, Band 2, being terms and conditions relating to matters of a kind not provided for by the Act.”.
