Finance Brokers Control (General) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.

Citation Regulations (No. 2) 2004.

2.

Commencement Division 46 of the State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 comes into operation or on the day of their publication in the Gazette, whichever is the later.

3.

The regulations amended Control (General) Regulations 1977*.

4. Regulation 5 amended
Regulation 5(2) is amended by deleting “prior to the hearing of
his application” and inserting instead —
“

within 10 days of the publication of the notice in a

newspaper

”.

5.             Regulation 8 amended

(1) Regulation 8(1) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the semicolon after paragraph (a) and inserting a comma;
(b)	by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c).

(2) Regulation 8(2) is repealed.
