Final Determinations
under the
Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016
The Scientific Committee established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 has made final determinations under Division 3 of Part 4 of that Act to list two ecological communities as critically endangered ecological communities and, as a consequence, omit a reference to an endangered ecological community.
Accordingly, Schedule 2 to that Act is amended by:
| (a) | inserting in alphabetical order in Part 1: |
Monaro Tableland Cool Temperate Grassy Woodland in the South Eastern Highlands Bioregion (as described in the notice of, and reasons for, the Final Determination of the Scientific Committee to list the ecological community)
Werriwa Tablelands Cool Temperate Grassy Woodland in the South Eastern Highlands and South East Corner Bioregions (as described in the notice of, and reasons for, the Final Determination of the Scientific Committee to list the ecological community)
| (b) | omitting from Part 2: |
Tablelands Snow Gum, Black Sallee, Candlebark and Ribbon Gum Grassy Woodland
in the South Eastern Highlands, Sydney Basin, South East Corner and NSW South
Western Slopes Bioregions (as described in the final determination of the Scientific
Committee to list the ecological community)
These final determinations commence on the day on which they are published on the NSW legislation website.
