Final Determination

under the

Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016

The Scientific Committee established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 has made a final determination under Division 3 of Part 4 of that Act to list a species as an endangered species and, as a consequence, omit two references to that species.

Accordingly, Schedule 1 to that Act is amended by:

(a) inserting in alphabetical order in the matter relating to Ericaceae in Division 3 of Part 2:

Gaultheria viridicarpa J.B.Williams

(b) omitting from the matter relating to Ericaceae in Division 3 of Part 3:

Gaultheria viridicarpa subsp. merinoensis J.B. Williams ms Gaultheria viridicarpa J.B. Williams ms subsp. viridicarpa

This final determination commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
