Final Determination
under the
Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016
The Scientific Committee established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 has made a final determination under Division 3 of Part 4 of that Act to reject a proposal to list the Lower Hunter Spotted Gum Ironbark Forest in the Sydney Basin and NSW North Coast Bioregions as an endangered ecological community.
This final determination commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
