Final Determination

under the

Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016

The Scientific Committee established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 has made a final determination under Division 3 of Part 4 of that Act to make minor amendments to Schedules 1 and 3 to that Act (being amendments referred to in section 4.19 of that Act) as follows:

(a)	Division 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from the matter relating to Calomniaceae:

Calomnion complanatum (Hook.f. & Wilson)

Insert instead:

Calomnion complanatum (Hook.f. & Wilson) Lindb.

(ii)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Marattiaceae:

Angiopteris evecta Hoffm.

Insert instead:

Angiopteris evecta (G.Forst.) Hoffm.

(iii)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Myrtaceae:

Eucalyptus largeana Blakely & Beuzev. Craven Grey Box

Insert instead:

Eucalyptus largeana Blakely Craven Grey Box

(iv)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Rutaceae:

Asterolasia sp. “Dungowan Creek” (Beckers s.n. 25

Oct. 1995)

Insert instead:

Asterolasia beckersii Orme & Duretto

(v)      Omit the following:

Sinopteridaceae

Cheilanthes sieberi subsp. pseudovellea H.

Quirk & T.C. Chambers

Insert in appropriate order:

Pteridaceae

Cheilanthes sieberi subsp. pseudovellea H.
Quirk & T.C. Chambers

(vi)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Thymelaeaceae:

Pimelea axiflora F. Muell. ex Meissner subsp. pubescens Rye

Insert instead:

Pimelea axiflora subsp. pubescens Rye

(b)	Division 3 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 to that Act is amended as follows:
(i) Omit the following from the matter relating to Fabaceae:

Acacia ausfeldii Regel.

Pultenaea humilis Benth. ex Hook. F.

Insert in appropriate order:

Acacia ausfeldii Regel
Pultenaea humilis Benth. ex Hook.f.

(ii)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Myrtaceae:

Eucalyptus leucoxylon F. Muell. subsp.	Boland Yellow Gum
pruinosa (F. Muell. Ex. Miq.)

Insert instead:

Eucalyptus leucoxylon subsp. pruinosa	Yellow Gum
(F. Muell. ex. Miq.) Boland

(iii)      Omit the following from the matter relating to Orchidaceae:

* Sarcochilus weinthalii (F.M. Bailey) Dockrill

Insert instead:

* Sarcochilus weinthalii F.M. Bailey

(c) Part 1 of Schedule 3 to that Act is amended by omitting the following from the matter relating to Euphorbiaceae (under the heading Plants):

* Amperea xiphoclada var. pedicellata R.F.J. Hend.

and by inserting instead:

* Amperea xiphoclada var. pedicellata R.J.F. Hend.

This final determination commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation
website.
