AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Film Classification Ordinance 1971.

Government

(Administration) Act 1910-1970.

FILM CLASSIFICATION ORDINANCE 1972

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Film Classification

Ordinance 1972.*

(2.) The Film Classification Ordinance 1971 ,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Film Classification Ordinance 1971- 1972.

2. Section 8 of the Film Classification Ordinance 1971 is amended by omitting from sub-section (2.) the words " a n d each person who receives or is entitled to receive any of the proceeds from the exhibition of the film are each guilty of an offence against this Ordinance and arc liable " and inserting in their stead the words " is guilty of an offena against this Ordinance and is liable ".
