Application for termination of the Fielders Australia Pty Ltd Regency Park Operations Enterprise Agreement 2011 - 2012.
[1] On 17 January 2014, Fielders Australia Pty Ltd made an application to terminate the Fielders Australia Pty Ltd Regency Park Operations Enterprise Agreement 2011 - 2012 (the Agreement) under s.225 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).
[2] The application advised that no employees were covered by the Agreement. The named organisations covered by the Agreement (the AWU and TWU) were given the opportunity to comment on the application by 29 January 2014. The application was not opposed. Pursuant to s.225 of the Act, I have considered, and am satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.226 of the Act. Accordingly, the Agreement is terminated.
[3] The termination will come into effect from 3 February 2014.
