1. The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (McLeish, Niall and Taylor JJA) which dismissed an appeal from orders made by Supreme Court of Victoria (Moore J) which had upheld the respondent's appeal against a decision of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal in relation to the consequences of the respondent's decision made on 28 May 2020 imposing a condition on his registration.

2. The application has insufficient prospects of success. It would therefore be futile to grant the extension of time that is sought.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused.
