FERTILIZERS ACT 1977

FERTILIZERS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

Application for the registration of a fertilizer $103.00

1. These regulations may be cited as the Fertilizers Amendment

Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on the day after the day on which

they are published in the Gazette.

First Schedule repealed and a Schedule substituted

3. The First Schedule to the Fertilizers Regulations 1978* is repealed and

the following Sct”dule is substituted —
