FERTILIZERS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 No 8—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) ANTHONY MURRAY GLEESON, A.C., Lieutenant-Governor.

I, the Honourable A. M. Gleeson, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Fertilizers (Amendment) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1997 as the day on which that Act (Schedule 1 excepted) commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
