An Act to continue the Felons Apprehension Act

for another year. [28th September, 1866.]

the same for another year Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's WH E R E A S the period for which the Felons Apprehension Act was passed will shortly expire and it is expedient to continue
Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. The Felons Apprehension Act shall continue and remain in force for the period of one year from the passing of this Act and afterwards unless Parliament be sitting when that term expires for two calendar months after the commencement of its then next Session.

2. This Act may be cited as the " Felons Apprehension Act

Continuation Act 1866."
