1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Fees Regulation (Stock Medicines) Regulations 1992.

2—Revocation

The Stock Medicines (Fees) Regulations 1987 (see Gazette 18.6.1987 p1581) are revoked.

3—Interpretation

In these regulations—

the Act means the Stock Medicines Act 1939.

4—Variation of fees: section 7(3a)

(1)The fee fixed by section 7(3a)(a) of the Act is varied by removing the fee.

(2)The fee fixed by section 7(3a)(b) of the Act is varied by removing the fee.

(3)The fee fixed by section 7(3a)(c) of the Act is varied by removing the fee.
