These regulations may be cited as the
Fees Regulation (Public Trustee Administration Fees) Regulations 2002 .
(1) The fee payable by an administrator to the Public Trustee for examination of a statement and account lodged with the Public Trustee under section 56 of the
Administration and Probate Act 1919 is $210 per hour or part of hour.(2) The fee payable under subregulation (1) may be paid by the administrator from the estate in relation to which the statement and account have been prepared.
(1) The fee payable by an administrator of a protected person's estate to the Public Trustee for examination of a statement of the accounts of an estate and preparation of a report for the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal by the Public Trustee under section 44 of the
Guardianship and Administration Act 1993 is $210 per hour or part of hour.(2) The fee payable under subregulation (1) may be paid by the administrator from the protected person's estate.
