1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Fees Regulation (Proof of Age Card) Regulations 1996.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation in accordance with section 5 of the Fees Regulation Act 1927.

3—Revocation

The Proof of Age Card Fees Regulations 1992 (see Gazette 28.5.1992 p1560) are revoked.

4—Fee payable for Proof of Age Card

The fee payable to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles for a card that may be used for the purposes of identifying the cardholder and providing evidence of the age of the cardholder is $21.00.

Revocation of regulations
