Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Fees Regulation (Places of Public Entertainment)

Regulations 1992.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 1992.

Revocation

3. The Fees Regulation (Places of Public Entertainment) Regulations 1991 (see Gazette 27

June 1991 p. 2245) are revoked.

Interpretation

4. In these regulations—

"the Act" means the Places of Public Entertainment Act 1913.

Variation of fees—s. 13(1b)

5. The fee prescribed by section 13(1b) of the Act is varied by increasing it to $105.00.

Variation of fees—s. 20(6)

6. The fee prescribed by section 20(6) of the Act is varied by increasing it to $23.00.

Variation of fees—s. 21(2)

7. The fee prescribed by section 21(2) of the Act is varied by increasing it to $23.00.
