Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Fees Regulation (Assessment of Requirements—Water and Sewerage) (Fees) Variation Regulations 2009.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation in accordance with section 5 of the Fees Regulation Act 1927.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Fees Regulation (Assessment of Requirements—Water and Sewerage) Regulations 1997

4—Substitution of Schedule 1

Schedule 1—delete the Schedule and substitute:

Schedule 1—Fees

1	On the original assessment of the requirements of South Australian Water Corporation where the requirements relate only to the provision of water supply or sewerage services	$304.00
2	On updating the original or a subsequent assessment (including where the update is required because of an amended plan of development) where the requirements relate only to the provision of water supply or sewerage services	$87.50
