To regulate Fees on Instruments passing uzrder the Public Seal of

the Province, and ce&i?z other Instruntents.

spectively, the several fees specified and contained in the Schedule hereto annexed, in lieu of all other fees on such instruments except such fees as are specially excepted in the said Schedule; which respective fees shall be appropriated to Her Majesty, IIer heirs and successors, for the public uses of the Province and support of the Government thereof.
