To regulate Fees on Instruments passing uzrder the Public Seal of

the Province, and ce&i?z other Instruntents.

spectively, the several fees specified and contained in the Schedule hereto annexed, in lieu of all other fees on such instruments except such fees as are specially excepted in the said Schedule; which respective fees shall be appropriated to Her Majesty, IIer heirs and successors, for the public uses of the Province and support of the Government thereof. E IT ENACTED, by the Governor of South Australia, with Fees mar be t'k en on

Treasurer to take and receive for and in respect of every Deed of Grant, Warrant, and other Instrument which shall be passed under

the Public Sea1 of the Province, or under the Governor's Seal re-

For every grant, and other convoyaccc, in lieu of all fees heretofore £ S. d.

For every commission and warrant of appointment, required by lam to

For every other instrument passed under the Public Seal, except Public

For every warrant of appointment to office until Her Majesty's pleasure

be known, and every provisional appointment not required to be

passed under the Public Seal ..............................' 0 10 6

For every warrant of appoinhnent required by law, to be under the

For every certificate of any notarial attestation, or authenticating any

document which is to operate out of the Province ............ 0 10 6
