1. Name

This is the Fees (Additional Courses) Order 2016.

1. Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Authority

This instrument is made under section 4 of the Fees Statute 2006.

1. Definition

In this instrument:

principal instrument means the Fees (General) Order 2015.

1. Purpose of instrument

The principal purpose of this instrument is to set tuition fees for certain courses additional to the tuition fees set for courses by the principal instrument.

1. This instrument and principal instrument to be read as one etc.

(1)This instrument and the principal instrument are to be read as one.

(2)Without limiting subsection (1):

(a)the matters mentioned in Schedule 1 of this instrument are taken to be incorporated, as appropriate, in Schedule 1 of the principal instrument; and

(b)    the matters mentioned in Schedule 2 of this instrument are taken to be incorporated, as appropriate, in Schedule 2 of the principal instrument; and

(c)    tuition fees are payable by a student to whom the principal instrument applies in accordance with the principal instrument and this instrument read as one.

(3)    To remove any doubt, the fees payable under Schedule 1 of the principal instrument (as read with this instrument) do not cover the fees payable under Schedule 2 of the principal instrument (as read with this instrument).
