AN ACT to amend section five of the Feeding Stuffs Act,

1928-1942, and for other relative purposes.

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title	1. This Act may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs Act Amendment Act, 1946, and shall be read as one with the
Feeding Stuffs Act, 1928-1942 (No. 15 of 1928 as amended by Acts No. 20 of 1933, No. 20 of 1940 and No. 2 of 1942), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment	2. Section five of the principal Act is amended by
of s. 5.

(1) inserting after the word "lick" within the brackets in line two of subsection (1) paragraph (e) subparagraph (i) the words "or manufactured food for stock when such food is of animal origin";

(2) inserting in subsection (1) paragraph (e) a

new subparagraph as follows

(iii) in the case of manufactured food for stock

when such food is of animal origin

the minimum percentage of crude

protein,

the maximum percentage of crude fat, the maximum percentage of crude fibre

contained in such manufactured food for

stock.

Citation of	3. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be
