1  Name

This instrument is the FEE-HELP Amendment (Course of Study in Aviation) Guidelines 2023.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 238-10 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

FEE-HELP Guidelines 2017

1 Paragraph 1.2.1 (after table item 17)

Insert:

18	Holmes Institute Pty Ltd as Trustee for Holmes Institute Trust	Bachelor of Aviation (Flight)
19	Holmes Institute Pty Ltd as Trustee for Holmes Institute Trust	Associate Degree of Aviation

2  Subparagraphs 1.2.2(a) to (j)

Repeal the subparagraphs, substitute:

a)     Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence – Aeroplane) (course code AVI50219);     

b)     Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence – Aeroplane) (course code AVI50222);

c)     Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter) (course code AVI50319);

d)     Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter) (course code AVI50322);

e)     Diploma of Aviation (Instrument Rating) (course code AVI50519);

f)      Diploma of Aviation (Flight Instructor) (course code AVI50419); and

g)     Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Pilot in Command) (course code AVI60219).
