I, Edward Phillip Pickering, Minister for Police and Emergency Services, do, by this notification, in pursuance of Section 13 (1) of the Federation of New South Wales Police-Citizens Youth Clubs (Reconstitution) Act, 1989, appoint the 9th November 1990, for the purposes of Section 13 of the said Act.
