1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Federal Magistrates Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Amendment of Federal Magistrates Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Federal Magistrates Regulations 2000.
