things provided that, until the Parliament of the Commonwealth otherwise provides, the Parliament of any State may make laws for determining the Divisions in each State for which Members of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Commonwealth may be chosen by such State, and the number of Members to be chosen for each Division : And whereas the Colony of Western Australia is an original State in the Commonwealth of Australia: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

1.     THIS Act may be cited as the Federal House of Repre-

2.      IN this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-
