AMENDMENTS OF THE FEDERAL COURT RULES2

General

1. Rule 1of Order 10 of the Federal Court Rules is amended by adding at the end the following sub-rule:

“(5) The powers of the Court to make orders with respect to the items listed in paragraph (2) (a) may be exercised by a Registrar in accordance with section 35a of the Act.”.

2.Rule 15 of Order 53 is amended by inserting in paragraph (2) (h) “(b),” after “(a),”.
