Federal Court Rules 2 (Amendment)

WE, Judges of the Federal Court of Australia, make the following Rules of Court under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Rules commence on 28 February 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Federal Court Rules are amended as set out in these Rules.

3.   Order 75, rule 21 (Sunset provision)

3.1   Omit “1 March 1995.”, substitute “1 March 1996.”.

4.   First Schedule

4.1   Form 137:

Omit:

“Before any attendance at the hearing, you must complete and return the tear-off slip to me and send a copy to any other party.”;

 substitute:

“Before any attendance at the directions hearing you must complete and return the following acknowledgment to the District Registrar of the Court.”.
