(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1985.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Federal Court of Australia Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from Item 1 “125” and substituting “200”;

(b) by omitting from Item 2 “65” and substituting “100”;

(c) by omitting from Item 3 “190” and substituting “300”; and

(d) by omitting from Item 4 “125” and substituting “200”.
