(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 March 1987.

Fees

2. Regulation 2 of the Federal Court of Australia Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (2) (d).

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Federal Court of Australia Regulations is amended by inserting after item 3 the following item:

“3a. On filing a notice of appeal instituting an appeal from a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal…………………………………………..300”.
