(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1987.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Federal Court of Australia Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting “200” (wherever occurring) and substituting “240”;

(b) by omitting “100” and substituting “120”; and

(c) by omitting “300” (wherever occurring) and substituting “360”.
