(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.

Fees

Regulation 2 of the Federal Court of Australia Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (2) (j) “or” (last occurring); and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (2) (k) the following word and paragraph:

“; or (1) the referral to the Court by the Commissioner of Taxation of an objection decision as defined in section 14zab of the Taxation Administration Act 1953.”.
