(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 December 1989.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Federal Court of Australia Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from item 5 “0.60”and substituting “2.00”;

(b) by omitting from item 6 “0.20”and substituting “1.00”;

(c) by omitting from item 7 “process of the Court”(second occurring) and substituting “process of the Court, together with a charge calculated at the hourly rate of salary payable to an officer of the Court who is involved in that service or execution or attempted service or execution”.
