1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Federal Court of Australia Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2009.

1. Amendment of Federal Court of Australia Regulations 2004

Schedule 1 amends the Federal Court of Australia Regulations 2004.
