 These Regulations are the Federal Court of Australia Regulations 1978.

[2]Additional amendments

The following subparagraphs are amended by omitting ‘AUSTUDY within the meaning of the AUSTUDY Regulations’ and inserting ‘a youth allowance, or an austudy payment, within the meaning of the Social Security Act 1991’:

  • subparagraph 2 (4) (b) (iv)

  • subparagraph 2AA (2) (g) (iv)

  • subparagraph 2A (2) (f) (iv).
