Schedule 1 amends the Federal Court Rules.

  • (a)

    on a company, as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act 1989 of the Commonwealth or the corresponding legislation of a State or Territory (the Corporations Law), in any manner permitted by section 109X of the Corporations Law; and

  • (b)

    on the liquidator of a company, in the manner permitted by paragraph 109X (1) (c) of the Corporations Law; and

  • (c)

    on an administrator of a company, in the manner permitted by paragraph 109X (1) (d) of the Corporations Law.
