Federal Circuit Court of Australia Legislation Amendment Commencement Proclamation 2013

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia Legislation Amendment Act 2012, fix 12 April 2013 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
